The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I brought in my clothes for alterations, they had no problem answering my questions and concerns. On one occasion, I was unable to arrive at the shop on time before they closed, but the staff was more than helpful in coming back to give me my dry-cleaning for an important event. I will never forget the kindness they've shown me.

After getting a few recommendations for seamstresses for my wedding dress, I landed on dewitt cleaners only because they were the only ones not fully booked- and I don’t know why they aren’t!! I had a great experience. Easy to work with and beautiful work done. They have open availability, and can fit you in quickly. My dress is now done months before I need it! And they will press and clean it and hold on to it until I need it. I couldn’t be happier with the end result.

Love the customer service and the way they handle my clothes. The alterations dept is fantastic. Every time I go I am impressed with the customer service and quick turn around

Wonderful job. I had a leak in the ceiling above my bed, so water got on my comforter. As I didn't have time to go do it myself at a laundromat, I went here. The staff were friendly, and when I asked if they could clean my comforter the same day, they were able to accommodate my request. Definitely would come back again if I had to.

Best turn around time. I have often had something that needs an extra touch or a last minute item that needs to be cleaned and they are usually willing to work with me. They are probably the best in Syracuse for customer service and diligence. And I've never had a problem with them getting stains out. I did have an item that they were unable to get clean, but I knew my expectations were unrealistic and they let me know ahead of time. The staff are very nice. If you're in the Syracuse area and need something done right or done right now, make the call and make the drive.

Staff went above and beyond. Debbie took the time to talk through options with me for getting the wrinkles out of my wedding dress and offered very fair pricing to press. Girls insisted on helping me out to my car with the dress when I picked it up. Everyone was kind, thoughtful, and thorough with their work. Thank you!

Super convenient, fast and competent service. Love that they text you when your order is ready, and if you let them know you are coming, its there waiting for you when you walk in. Everything came out great. Highly recommend! One of the most pleasant and flawless service experiences i have ever had!!

In August 2024 I was driving from Lake Placid to my nephew's wedding near Seneca Falls. I had not had the opportunity to iron my dress shirt en route. Google Maps showed me this business was on my way. I stopped in, explained that I needed my dress white shirt pressed, and asked if they could fit me in before closing. I figured I would have to kill five or six hours waiting, if they could do it at all. The kind lady who waited on me said she would do it right away. In less than 15 minutes I had a crisply pressed shirt, on a hanger in a clean clear bag, and she refused to charge me. I'm from the West coast, and had driven to the Adirondacks to vacation with family, so it was completely random that I should be in Dewitt. If I lived here, this place would be my regular dry cleaner. Thank you Dewitt Cleaners! Sorry this review is 15 months late.

We have my husband's uniform shirts laundered and military pressed at Dewitt Cleaners. They do an amazing job with the shirts! The shirts are well done with just the right amount of starchiness as requested! They do a beautiful job with a few pieces of my work wardrobe that I prefer to send out! The turnaround times are great and the prices are reasonable! They are also friendly and helpful! 😊

Very helpful. I brought a mattress topper there but didn't know they don't usually work with them. Debbie was very helpful, looking at the thing, looking at the tag, explaining the process, and why it might not be the best idea to dry clean it, and then giving me a suggestion for what to do instead. I didn't get to work with them this time but I surely will in the future. They were very kind and I'd heard from many in the area that this is the best place to go for your dry cleaning.
